"Holding Haiti in the Light" Meditation: Every night, Jan. 25-31 at 10 p.m. EST

I, like many of you, have been so moved by the devastation in Haiti. I keep relating what it would be like if my children, Francesca and Gian, were trapped under the rubble, or had to lose a limb or wander the streets abandonded.

I've been in prayer every night both for the living and for those who have made their transition, but knowing the immense power of group consciousness, I was guided to bring as many people together to amplify the power of loving, healing energy that is so desperately needed in this situation.

Here is a brief but powerful audio meditation (below) to send energy whenever you have a quiet moment.

Moreover I invite you to join me remotely in meditation nightly from Jan. 25-31 at 10 pm for even greater healing.
