  2. thank you Aleta for this holiday meditation. I have had too much trauma in my life and the Christmas season has been the hardest time for me for years. A lot of negative beliefs and emotions surfaced around self destruction and despair, and lonliness. I need to continue to release these as they are not even mine. I just received some sad news about my trying to start my own family which is a huge dream for me and am coming to grips with that. Now I have to believe that a new door will open about that, just not sure what it is and I feel very sad. I’m just letting the sad stuff come up and releasing it into the warm pink light. I have to believe that things are going to be ok, that they are ok.
